Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Academic Counsellors who will be the first point of contact for prospective students. The role involves guiding students through course selections, addressing their concerns, and ensuring successful enrollment in our programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and working professionals about courses and career options based on their educational background and interests.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Provide timely responses to queries regarding course content, schedules, fees, and placement assistance.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversions.
  • Ensure excellent post-enrollment support and a smooth onboarding experience for students.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in sales or counselling in the EdTech sector is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of career paths in tech or familiarity with IT courses is a plus.
