We are looking for a Head of Customer Acquisition to lead growth and revenue for Instanodes Product (
https://www.instanodes.io/) our blockchain infrastructure product. This role is ideal for someone who understands Web3, blockchain infrastructure, node services, or SaaS sales and can own the entire customer acquisition lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy for Instanodes
Build and scale customer acquisition channels (inbound, outbound, partnerships)
Identify and convert high-value clients (Web3 startups, enterprises, protocols)
Work closely with product and tech teams to align offerings with market needs
Create sales funnels, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
Track metrics like CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue growth
Represent Instanodes in sales calls, demos, events, and partnerships
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B SaaS / Web3 / Blockchain sales
Strong understanding of node infrastructure, RPCs, blockchain ecosystems (preferred)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of revenue growth
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
